This charming studio cottage offers comfortable and practical living in a secure environment, ideal for a single professional seeking a peaceful place to call home.
The cottage comes partially furnished and includes a couch, desk, fridge, and washing machine, making moving in simple and convenient. Wi-Fi is included in the rental, and solar power provides backup electricity for lighting and computer work during outages.
The kitchen is fitted with a gas stove, and the property has a gas geyser for hot water. Tenants are responsible for refilling the gas cylinders or making suitable arrangements for gas supply.
A cleaning service is included once a week on Wednesdays. Any laundry requirements beyond the use of the washing machine can be arranged separately.
The property offers safe off-street parking, protected by an electric fence, although parking is not covered. Backup water tanks are available during Rand Water maintenance interruptions, provided they are filled in advance when notice is given.
Please note that the solar system is designed for lights and office work and cannot support high-consumption appliances such as heaters. A gas heater may be used while occupied, and electric blankets are recommended during colder months.
